Disappointed Customer - fake promises and intimidating experience I will not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful with the phone call you receive, and they will promise many things and they will not deliver. I am a very disappointed customer. I am going through a really bad experience of taking money from my account without my consent. They have now put in a small claim in the County Court Business Centre for the balance to be paid but I have not received any outcome on the Business Rate reduction. I was told that I will only pay money once we have received the reduction on the current business rate. I was asked to pay £5.99 to start the process on the 03/03/22 and 3 weeks later they took further £248.01 from my account without my consent. I had to cancel my debit card to protect my account. Until yesterday, I did not receive invoice £248.01 or the total amount they are claiming in the County Court Business Centre form me. I will come back with further details following the court hearing.
