Wow there are some bad reviews on here.
They wasn’t my experience at all. Yes they charged me but they told me if they pursued the claim they charged.
I spoke to the surveyor several times on how to handle things to do with my shops and they got 4 out of the 7 shops rates down, and got relief added for me. Sorry but I can’t agree with the other reviews on here.
