A man called me to offer help to reduce my over valued business rate, after 5.99 charged, I have been told to pay 954 pounds valuation fee which they even did not start any work, The clement should told me about the payment to let me have the option, so this payment is totally scam. Also I stopped the payment they made in their side without my permission.
