I can report that Clements Agency are under investigation from Action Fraud. There are 1000's of business that have been scammed by Clements. If you have been scammed call 03001232040 or go to https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/reporting-fraud-and-cyber-crime and it will help build the case against the directors of the company who may end up in jail. For anyone scammed in the past you should do a chargeback on either a debit or credit card and you can go back a few years and the bank or credit card will support you as they are aware of the Clements Agency scam. For anyone new do not use this bogus company. They claim to do the work for £6.99 but in the small print they charge up to £1000 up front. They get about 1 in 250 reductions. The company is run by Susan Leslie who uses the name Stella Todd. The courts are also aware of the scam and Clements have been losing almost all of the cases they are taking business to court over.
