I had a terrible experience with Clement Agency. They called me several times, offering a reduction on the non-domestic rate for my business. From the beginning, they seemed really dodgy, but I found out they are a UK company. They asked for a small payment of £5.99, which I reluctantly paid. However, I never signed anything or authorized them to do any work for me or my business. A week later, they demanded a payment of £900, which I refused since they hadn't done any work. They then threatened to take me to court and actually did so. This company is extremely unprofessional and not worth your time. If you have to deal with them, I strongly recommend recording every single conversation. In my opinion, their practices are borderline criminal.
