Okay, so Clevorx is my new go-to for cold sores. Yeah, it's kinda pricey, but totally worth it. I slap it on as soon as I feel that annoying tingle, and it seems to work better than anything else I've tried. My cold sores don't get as big or painful anymore. While Clevorx hasn't eliminated my cold sores entirely, it has made managing them much more bearable.
