I booked a private transfer to meet me at the airport, but when I got there nobody was there to meet me.
I had to call the emergency number, which was not cheap and wait nearly an hour to be picked up.
I could have just got a shuttle in less time.
Customer services were not interested when I complained.
Won't be using this terrible service again.
