on arriving at lanzarote airport made our way to the desk for our transfer.not an easy place to find.got there to be told rudely we are not dealing with click transfers anymore found your own way and the window was slammed shut.had to make our way back to main airport to find a taxi as we were stranded at 10.00pm at night.turns out yous knew you were having problems why didnt you do something about it sooner and have something else in place.very stressful and not a good start to our holiday.next day i wrote an email of complaint which took days to answer.phoned a few times got told someone will phone you back no one bothered.all this while on holiday costing me money and time of my holiday.i did get my money back for having to pay for our own transfer.but my main complaint was the service how this was handled and the fact i had a contract with yous for a return at 22 pound.not a single for the same price.phoned again when i got home to be told we dont give free transfers you got your money back.yes i did because yous left me stranded how was i meant to get to my accomodation walk?i wasnt wanting a free transfer only a small refund of the price i paid you for my contracted return.have used this company for many years and had no problems also recommended to family and friends.after this shocking experince and level of customer care which in my opionion amounts to zero i will not use this company again.
