Booked with them in advance for our holiday and unfortunately our hotel was cancelled 4 days before our holiday at no fault of our own.
We had to re booked another hotel that was only 10 minutes from the airport (instead of the original 1 hour journey)
We contacted Clicktranfers straight away to inform them of the situation and could they help us with a part refund or change of address.
The websites states you must inform them 3 days before if change of address, which we did!
The company refused to give us a part refund which I can unstand however they did not agree to take us to our new location which was only a 10 minute journey.
We paid £150 for our orginal journey and then had to pay for another taxi to our new hotel.
Very very disappointed and will not be using again!
