Were told by the transport provider at Tenerife South that they were unwilling to provide the transfer as Click Transfers have not paid their bill. Spent countless hours trying to contact Click Transfers but they have an automated phone and an email automated box that no one replies to. As a result we had to shell out 35 euros to book our own taxi. If you book anything with them be warned, we have been back for a week now and they do not reply to any correspondence. I would expect that this situation will come to a head at some stage as the number of people chasing them increases (other reviews show that this is not an isolated incident).
