we rang the local handling company to arrange our return pick up only to be told that Click transfer had not paid them and would not pick us up.
I tried phoning several numbers and spent half my last day to find just answer phones.
I emailed the address on 11/08/16 at 11.08 and got a standard message telling me that you would be in touch in the next couple of days. we were effectively stranded with 3 children.
I use your company a lot and this is very disappointing as it cost me an extra 100 euros to get us to the airport and this is the only reply email I have received.
I look forward to your response and compensation.
