I had great conversation with your staff. But when it came to solving my issue. I was left at the way side. I called in crying multiple times looking for answers only to be told multiple different stories. Cried that I lived an hour away for 8 days and NO ONE told me there was no longer cash pickup until I finally spoke to the manager. Told I would be called back and no one ever called. I either had too or go into the next day waiting. After I asked to speak to a manager after all of my paperwork had been submitted for a week. My request got processed in 24 hours. Once that was processed. I wasn't listened to though. I had to sign 3 different contracts because the first one sent was wrong. Then the 2nd one was for a bank account and never realized it was an ACH account. Then signed the 3rd. Waited for 2 hours for a confirmation number.
I've used client legal funding in the past with the same lawsuit and never had any problems. Paid our loan back early. And all. And even my request was not even half of what I asked for. I didn't expect everything to change so drastically in not even a full 2 years time....
