The actual application was simple and quick. I started having my issues when I was trying to complete the process for my program. At first, I went to my account and didn't even see my application - so had questions. It looks like it needed a day or so to show up into account. wish there was some indication of that. Then I used their chat service to confirm that i e-signed my documents and that terrible. I kept getting copy/pasted answers, and answers that weren't really answering my question. The response time was terrible, too.
