I applied for a $12,000 loan for school. I should have been able to get the loan by myself with the credit score I have. I didn't get approved so I tried to apply with each of my parents as the co-signers who have near perfect credit and still didn't get applied. I then reached out and started talking to somebody over chat and the person helping was giving very short answers not being helpful at all and started to get an attitude towards the end when I was asking more questions on any other possibilities. She didn't even view my last message. Don't recommend this company, at all!
