Firstly I was impressed by the products available (hooks etc.) as compared to other stores, the finite margin when selecting aids for climbing, as opposed to the structure of actually 'aid climbing', requires some thought. That said, the product (BD Cliffhanger) and the service I received exceeded my expectations, a professional and organised point of sale greatly increases favourable outcomes in the natural environment.
