Exceptional customer service! When one of the headlamps I ordered online on a Saturday night wasn’t available, I received an email offering options and a follow up phone call on Sunday morning from Ti in the customer service team who was super friendly and helpful. Ti then emailed me when the order was packed and dispatched shortly after our phone call. Goods arrived promptly and were well packed. Very impressive and highly recommended.
