6 days ago I ordered some perfume on-line. The order acceptance seemed efficient and swift, however no acknowledgement, or any other communication, has yet been received, nor has the product. The payment though, has been taken out of my account! Given the option, I much prefer to buy face-to-face in a shop. Sadly few retailers really seem to care whether they have customers or not - certainly the staff of most chain stores regard customers as an interruption to their work based social life! I run a shop and ensure that my staff know that without customers, they don't have a job.
