Avoid! We are a small family run business and spent over £200 on polo shirts with the back print at first they seemed fine but as time went on we realised it was of really poor quality. This was only wearing these once a week over an 8 week period the back had rubbed off quite a bit, we washed them at the recommend 30c inside out and dried them on a rack. when contacting them we were told that nothing could be done as it was over 30 days I explained to Magda a team leader that the problem had been cause over 8 weeks her only response was that we should of been notified in 30 days which was very frustrating as i had already explained the situation to her. All they could do was offer me a 10% discount on our next order, as if we would order from them again we now need to spend more money on getting these printed with a reputable company. When checking on there terms and conditions under faulty products it doesn't say that it even needs to be mentioned within 30 days, just that it needs to be returned in 30 days, but that's beside the point it was a bad quality print and they should have done something.
