I placed an order on Thursday 22nd May and at the checkout I was told I would receive my order within 1 week. 8 days later I received my package and there was 1 cap in the parcel. Nothing else. I ordered 3 caps and a hoody. I spoke to an advisor who apologised and said the rest of the order would be sent out "tomorrow" - as in Saturday 31st May. Monday comes, nothing. Tuesday comes, still nothing, so contact customer services again. I'm told it would be despatched in "1-2 days". Thursday comes, nothing. Friday comes, still noting. I contact them again, and I'm told the exact same thing - my order will be despatched in "1-2 days'. Screenshots of emails below...
It is now more than 2 weeks since I placed my order and I am still being fobbed off without any explanation as to why, or any idea when/if my order will actually arrive. Totally unacceptable.
