I ordered a customised apron with plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas, and was told it would arrive between 11th-13th December. On 16th December it has still not arrived and the recipient of the gift can now not receive it until the new year! I contacted customer service and all they offered was a £4.03 refund despite their website saying if the order does not arrive in time, they will give you £20 store credit, and refund your postage when my postage came to £4.99 so they will not even cover that! I explained that I would not use credit as I do not need to order anything else from them and they still insisted they would only give me a £4.03 refund. Appalled at the customer service and have now cancelled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere! DO NOT USE!!!
