I ordered two products a month ago. They did not arrived. I wrote Cloud to contact their courier to claim for it or refund. They have not done anything. They gave me the tracking number at the beginning but since I am not the courier´s client, I can not claim for it. And Cloud 10 is not helping at all. I will have to order the product through Amazon, they work great
