Greetings CMT, Getting rather disappointed with the system. Your staff fortunately, are extremely helpful, online system not at all. Slow, cumbersome, not easy to navigate, a recent order disappearing into an electronic abyss. The does not save time, having spent 3 days trying to find and track an order is far from an efficient use of my time. Not forgetting the inconvenience of not having the products requested and having to go elsewhere. Not impressed and will be strongly suggesting a review of this partnership in its current form. I simply do not have the time this requires to use, chase, re-check, re-chase. Next day delivery is an ideal we can only dream of. You are kidding me, i have to review all of the products delivered before i can submit a review??
