Placed an urgent order for next day delivery on a Thursday. Rang up and added a further 2 items to the order within half an hour and was assured all items would still leave that day to arrive on the Friday, this did not happen. Contacted them on Monday morning to be told the order was still at the depot which resulted in us having to go and collect from the Dartford depot ourselves. Feel really let down on this occassion as we should have been at our job in Whitstable first thing, but instead have now had to show up late which is not acceptable especially with them being a new client.
