The products are fine. The customer service is appalling. I've telephoned, left my number as requested and was not called back - this was for a querie regarding use by dates for sale items.
Ordered anyway. One particular item, a box of 30 porridge sachets only had 27 days left.
Along with another item substituted for a product I didn't want. So I emailed, as of 7th Dec it's been 2.5 weeks, 3 polite emails, no reply.
It's not the way a professional company should be doing business.
