Some of the gels in 2 boxes were split and leaking.
I had to wash every gel in the 2 boxes to examine which ones were damaged and to make the remaining ones usable.
There was also a sticky mess over the other boxes in the same package.
I emailed to notify about this on 1 Dec.
No answer was received by 7 Dec, so I sent another email 9.48 on 7/12
Reply then received 12.28 7/12.
7 replacement gels are expected to arrive today 11/12
