The packing was very poor and the box very flimsy . The box had split open and the 5kg tub of recovery powder lid had split and there was powder everywhere. luckily not much had spilt out but it was a bit of a mess. I luckily live very close to Hyde and will pick up direct as I normally do in future. Cannot fault the product though.
