The website is good and clear, the ordering process was very quick and easy.
Delivery was prompt but the box my items was in seemed to be considerably bigger than it needed to be, with about 75% of the inside filled with packaging/cushioning.
I realise that the products need to be protected but the box size was definitely excessive.
