A roadie cyclist friend put me onto CNP a few years ago and I find their gels, powders and bars very agreeable. I have Type 1 diabetes and they've become part of my blood sugar level control and management when mountain biking and road biking. They are not sickeningly sweet, nor are they 'chemical' in taste; very subtle flavourings - especially in the flavours I prefer! They might seem expensive at first but, as with many things in life, you get what you pay for.
