Okay, so this rating is more for the customer service and experience with CNP rather than the products. Firstly there is false advertising as on the webpage it clearly states 'any orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the following day'. This is a complete lie as it has now been 5 working days and I haven't revieved any goods. The assistants on the phone are of no help and have a really poor tone of voice during calls with no care for customers. Tomorrow will be the 6th working day which completely proves their 3-5 working days delivery to be false too.
