I've given a 3 star rating. I've used cnp before as the gym I used to work in used to stick it and I recommend all the supplements to members of the gym I work in now. So the supplements get 5 stars. I ordered on Sunday and though that by now (Wednesday) my order would have been processed and dispatched. I haven't even had an email with an estimated time for dispatch or delivery. I think improvemts could be made on that side of things.
