There seems to be a theme with these recent reviews that reflect my experience:
* 4 days after ordering still no e-mail saying when my order will be processed
* 10% off first order is not valid if you have anything already discounted in your order
* £1 discount for sharing on facebook is not valid if you have anything discounted in your order (they still post to your facebook page despite not giving the discount)
* cannot get through on the phone as 'all operators are busy'
I hope I get my order soon??
