Over a week for next day delivery. I understand Black Fridays caused issues. However, I have attempted to contact them for a refund multiple times using many avenues, I have heard nothing back! I called Wednesday to receive a refund, I was told my package would be with my by yesterday! still nothing.
Used CNP for a while, maybe because their products are well known already, they can slack on customer relations.
