Tried to order the Hotpoint tall standing frost free freezer on line last night, 5 times we went to order & pay and was told there was a problem with our card! This is not the case as we later found out that the product was out of stock. There was no mention of this when I spoke to someone in the call centre & I was told by someone in the call centre that there must be a problem with our finances! Again not the case!
