I like your product & I have attached an image using Cobalt Portra of my granddaughter. I'm pleased with the results so far. I must add that your web vids don't have any sound & they are so small when trying to follow your workflow. fix this then perhaps there would be far less confusion with potential buyers. Your info is great for techy type people, but I'm not. I know what look I am after however but I am not interested in the technical side of how you achieved it. I just want to buy the product if I feel it will achieve the result I'm after. Watch the video on how to use it correctly & maybe then sit back sometime & read the techy stuff. Having said all that I do like your product very much. Jeff
