I had to wait longer than I anticipated for the exchange of sizes to arrive, but other than that, it went smoothly. The boots are majestic in style and quality. Note that these boots are not true to size. They narrow towards the toe which gives the a sleek and stylish look, but you may need to get a size 1/2 to one size larger. I love these boots.
