Excellent customer service - ordered chocolate as a gift and I made a mistake when selecting products. Emailed customer service to ask if they could switch the products in the order and received a prompt reply to say that they would fix the order. Order was sent promptly and arrived quickly (even allowing for the current postal mayhem!). The person I sent the chocolates to was thrilled and has not stopped telling me how good everything is
