Then they play for time, long enough to get you out of the standard time limits given to consumers who are unhappy with their purchase. Then they throw the terms and conditions at you. Meantime they're raking in cash from suppliers who are long out of business. Awethemes is a perfect example. They will sell their products, there is no support, even if you have the money to pay the developers. Envato - you can not sell things that need support and there is none.
