# ★☆☆☆☆ Poor Customer Service & Refund Policy
I'm giving Envato one star because they refused to refund my accidental subscription just one day after purchase, despite me never using their services. I promptly emailed customer support explaining the situation, but they rejected my request without consideration. Their rigid refund policy and dismissive customer service have completely turned me away from their platform. Think twice before subscribing - they won't accommodate even reasonable refund requests made immediately after an honest mistake.
