The order arrived on time and in good order, so I was very pleased. However it would have been great if, when making the order, the option of buying filters had been included. The cup is a present and I didn't realise that the filters aren't that easily available so I would have ordered a packet at the same time. Now the person I bought it for will have to go through the palaver of sourcing the filters. (Are there any supermarkets that sell them? I live in Richmond - anywhere there?). Many thanks, Claire
