Ordered a rhino wares grinder. I was contacted next day to say they were out of stock and offered an alternative. I said I was happy to wait and I had daily updates on the progress of the order. Even equals to say when it had arrived, posted and expected delivery.
Communication was first class a really personal touch which is normally missing from the Internet orders.
