Had a little issue with the ordering system which was quickly resolved, the support team were very helpful and friendly. Went as far to refund part of the price as the items went on sale the day after I ordered. My Partner also ordered me the coffee subscription and the first batch is superb. Had nothing but good experience throughout my interactions with them.
