Their coffee is great and i think the prices are great for the great beans. Through no fault of theirs, I have had a couple of issues with shipping and they respond VERY quickly via email. They actually monitor their emails. And they always promptly fix the issue! You cannot get service like that through bigger retailers and because of that, I stick with them.
