I'm seeking information on the Coffee Beanery, with an interest to the person called Josh. Did you received your delivery from Coffee Machine? I ordered and paid for a machine February 27 2024. Josh said they received many pallets of machines and I'd receive one soon. All FALSE/LIES. Do not be deceived by their association with the MY DEALS website, https://www.mydeal.com.au/appliances/coffee where they advertise their products. THEY DO NOT DELIVER! With many phone calls and the promise of a machine or a refund. They no longer return calls, voice mail, messages are full. I should never have paid money through their XERO account system, I thought they were reputable, given their association with My Deal. Josh, have the decency to return a call and run your business ethically!
