Pedro was pleasant to work with and explained things clearly to me. First, the coffee grinder was out of stock but then after a brief wait I was able to order one for my son in Sydney as a present. His arm was getting strained by using a hand grinder to grind his coffee every day. He and his wife are expecting their first child early next year. He’s going to need a strong arm to do his part caring for their baby; changing diapers, carrying, comforting etc... you get the idea. So the future grandparents thought a coffee grinder from you would be in order. When I filled out the order form I mistakenly put in the wrong address for them but since my son wanted to pick it up rather than having it sent to them we figured their address was not that important. My son corrected it over the phone anyway. I was happy to hear that my son had arranged to pick it up. He was happy about it too because he is conscientious about using too much packaging that just gets thrown out. Then, much to my surprise I received a message that the coffee grinder was going to be sent to their old address. In a panic my heart stopped! I dreaded the thought that this gift would be sent to the wrong address and may never reach its intended destination. After my heart was resuscitated I sent an email to your store and Pedro reassured me that my son had safely picked it up. The email that told me it would be mailed to the wrong address had been sent out automatically. So, it looks like the main glitch was the automatic email. Otherwise the coffee grinder is now settled in its new home and performing its functions well. My son’s arm is already feeling improvement. We had a FaceTime chat recently and he prepared two coffees for himself during our chat. Thank you and stay well ❤️
