Coffee parts after sale service really disappointed me a lot. 22 Feb, I bought a kettle (pricing 200aud) at coffee parts online and found my kettle not working. I called coffee part to report this issue. 24 Feb, I upload the video as required by coffee part. 26 Feb, I emailed to coffee parts to check if coffee part received the video. No feedback 5 March, I called coffee parts again and they said yes received the video, will back to you once watched the video. 9 March, I called coffee parts again but was replied the staff was busy on meeting and would get back to me after meeting. 10 March, I called coffee parts again to request a return shipping code if the staff has checked the video. 12 March, dispatched the kettle. Logistic showing coffee part received at 15 March. 22 March, I called coffee parts again to check if they received my kettle and when to dispatch a new kettle. Feedback: Dispatch right now and will issue an email of dispatch. 25 March, no update at all. I called coffee parts twice and also left voice message, but nobody answer.
