I ordered a new coffee grinder but i got one that had already been used and it arrived damaged/broken. Now i have to go through the return process and print a lable and somehow get this parcel to the post office when i'm in lockdown and can't leave the house. Extremely frustrating and upset that a small amount of QA could have prevented this issue from happening. Or allowing me to receive a new product or booking a courier for me to come pickup the product needing to be returned
