I went to coffee parts due to the large range of hand grinders on their website. I wanted to try my coffee in a few. The first rep that spoke to us said we couldn't try them out. When I asked to see other models not on display he would only get one out. A brief discussion on electric models lead to a narky response. Thankfully he then handed us onto another rep who was a little more helpful. I only bought from there due to the fact I had travelled some distance & wasn't going to waste time & money going elsewhere. It appears most of their customers must be larger orders. If you are a home coffee person, go elsewhere!
