Great packaging, great delivery support. I wish the customer support team is more friendly, the quick email answers are abit too direct requiring to go additional back and forth. I wish the shipping fee can be reduced too, especially for smaller item purchases. Each time im required to add extra things into the cart just to justify the shipping fee.
