I don't like your system of ordering for wholesale. We pay before we even know if it's in stock. We double up on the jobs to place the items in inventory when it arrives instead of using a PO in our system. It's difficult to keep tabs on what's been ordered, what's waiting to arrive, etc., what's on back order. Your margins between RRP (includes GST and which we like to charge) and your wholesale price (less GST) then freight on top means we make a loss. There you have it. Aren't you glad you asked.
