I have a 15yr old e61 Group head water tank contained, BFC Junior Plus Machine bought in Sydney. Apart from normal (seals and gaskets and routine cleaning) maintenance no other repairs. Finally a major reburbishment became necessary because of worn out componentry. I contacted Coffee Parts, spoke with Danny and gave in part numbers for the job. These people were efficient, customer friendly and had all parts, except for an intank water softener filter. This was very inconvenient and had to be sourced from mail order in Brisbane. A very surprising development considering all the other parts in stock. Prices are fair and customer care was great. I would use their service again. Almost excellent!
